Position Overview:
ERIS has an immediate opportunity for an entry-level Report Analyst, to analyze and compile reports of historical and current property related information for use in the environmental due diligence process. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to explore and experience many aspects of a fast-growing North American business. This position is available in our Toronto, Canada office.
Specific Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:
· Analysis of data, geocoding, and preparing reports with strict daily deadlines.
· Performing QA/QC of products before delivery to clients.
· Coordinating delivery and communication to clients of database reports, aerial photos, city directory searches, title/lien searches, fire insurance maps, and other related products.
· Working with the Client Service team and the Support team to ensure client concerns and questions are responded to in a timely manner.
· Maintaining and fostering good working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal customer service and production teams.
· Additional responsibilities may be required as opportunities arise, and business continues to expand.

Job requirements
Qualifications:
· Degree/Diploma in Geography, GIS, Geomatics, Planning or Environmental studies.
· Strong computer skills, experience with ESRI’s Arc suite of products, and Adobe Acrobat an asset.
· Ability to analyze maps, aerial images, and understand site plans.
· Demonstrated research, problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills.
· The ability to work both independently and as a team player in a very busy environment.
· Diligent and quick learner with a positive attitude and amenable personality.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
